Customer Care

Apples from our orchard are harvested at peak ripeness from the trees. To maintain their crisp and juicy nature, please refrigerate your apples once you get them home. Otherwise, the apples will begin to over ripen if left out on the counter which can turn them soft.

Apple cider is good for about two weeks before it begins to turn. It will start getting a little fizzy like seltzer and then begin turning into vinegar. While it is still safe to drink in this state, it isn't everyone's favorite!

Our apple cider vinegar is aged for two years and is a finished product. You can leave it in your cabinet and do not have to refrigerate it. As the vinegar ages, you may notice that it darkens and forms a membrane like substance. This is called the 'mother' and is a normal and safe result of aging vinegar. Some people drink it but you can easily strain it out if you would prefer!

Privacy & Safety

We do not offer regular tours of the orchard but if you would like to schedule a tour for your school or group, please call us at 440-466-0474 and ask for Sara.

Entering our orchard is at your own risk. Although we follow all rules and regulations for a safe and healthy orchard, we are not responsible for any injuries sustained while exploring the grounds.
